Our shipping & handling charges are calculated based on size, weight and ship-to location.

Orders are processed and packaged within 24 hours of receipt of payment. The package is then shipped via UPS, with the following shipping options provided at checkout:

1. UPS Ground (2-5 business days)
2. Second Business Day (2 business days)
3. Expedited Next Day (1 business day)

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in the state of Texas. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.

ELYSIAN COLLECTIVE does ship internationally, please call us at +1 888.556.7094 for details and to place an order via telephone for shipping outside of the U.S.  Note, orders taken online do not provide this shipping option.

In stock art and rugs are final sale and cannot be returned.

We accept returns on in stock small accessories within 30 days of receipt. 

Returns for store credit are free, and all returns for a refund to the original method of payment incur the following flat re-stocking fees:

• $25 for orders totaling below $150 
• $50 for orders totaling $150 - $500
• $65 for orders totaling above $500

Re-stocking fees are assessed on a per return basis, not a per item basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that your received it in.  Towels and textiles must be unused and unwashed.

ELYSIAN COLLECTIVE will exchange items only if they are defective or damaged for the same item.  The cost of return shipping will be covered by us if approved.

Please email orders@elysian-collective.com with your order number,  and description of your claim within 48 hours of receipt.  If accepted, we will email a UPS return shipping label to you. 

A replacement for the same item will be shipped to you within 48 hours of receipt of your defective product at our warehouse.

Yes! Elysian Collective is born of the unique vision of two NCIDQ certified Interior Designers with over a decade of design experience. When you become a client, our founders will work intimately with you to assist on product needs and provide a tailored plan for your project.  From residential to hospitality interior design, their decades of building meaningful relationships with master craftsmen and artists equip them with an abundance of resources to share with their clients.

We support the 10 principles of the United Nations Global Compact based on The Universal Declaration of Human Rights.  We:

1. Support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.
2. Ensure that we and our business partners and suppliers are not complicit in human rights abuses.
3. Uphold the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
4. Uphold the elimination of forced and compulsory labor and require the same from our business partners.
5. Support the abolition of child labor and require companies that we work with to comply with the “No Child Labor” policy set forth in this document.
6. Eliminate discrimination in employment and occupation. Elysian Collective's policy requires that we observe all applicable laws governing fair employment practices. Employment decisions are made without regard to age, race, color, religion, gender, pregnancy, sexual orientation, national origin, or disability, as well as other classifications protected by federal, state, or local laws.
