Artifacts is a sculptural collection created in collaboration between valerie_objects and the San Francisco-based studio White Dirt, known for its raw and poetic aesthetic. Through everyday gestures like pouring water or placing flowers, these vases reflect on the passage of time and the beauty of daily rituals.  Each piece blends the atmosphere of ancient art with modernism, created through an intuitive, manual process that embraces imperfections like weathered sculptures. White Dirt emphasizes the raw beauty of natural materials over classical aesthetics, resulting in a functional collection.
