ABOUT THE MAKER

Located in the Draa Valley of Southern Morocco, Tamegroute is a small, sleepy village known for its traditional Fez-style pottery creations. Here artistans extract raw clay from underground deposits, and expertly hand-mold their creations using age-old techniques. Known for a signature green glaze, this intriguing style of pottery is also seen in raw white, rust, and yellow-green tones.
